ABOUT US
In particular, OSMOSIS pays closer attention to children with Learning Difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, etc. and provides them with an open and accepting space to explore their talents and skills with proper care and guidance.
At OSMOSIS, our mission is to bring up the child’s level of learning and align it with the demands of their school curriculum. Our strategy is to provide assistance to the children ahead of time, note down key areas of focus for each of the children, recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, and then creating a structured map that helps them to learn and overcome their difficulties.
Since at least one in ten children in school today is impacted by learning difficulties, our task is a huge and difficult one. OSMOSIS is run by a qualified group of individuals who collaborate with each child’s parents as well as school teachers to provide a balanced profile that is more than helpful to the children.
For each child, their profile notes areas of progress, areas where they are most proficient and areas where they are confident and shine with their talent.
Teaching assessments are undertaken on a regular basis and the appropriate modifications and changes to the teaching methods are made according to the children’s needs and interests. Currently, Remedial Educational Therapy is used where the student–teacher ratio is 1:1 because it is found to be most effective.
To ensure that the teachers are up to the task, we carefully screen and choose our teachers according to the proper mindset and then we continue to develop them.
With our dedicated group of teachers, there is no limit to what our children can achieve.
The OSMOSIS centre has been actively working in this field for years and was formally registered as a Public Trust in 2010 (Registration No.: E/7504/Vadodara).
